3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information while booking a service.
• You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute our platform content.
• You are responsible for ensuring access to your home and providing necessary utilities (water, electricity) during the service.

4. Booking & Payments

• Bookings can be made through our website, app, or customer support.
• Prices are displayed upfront, but extra charges may apply for additional tasks not included in the original booking.
• Payments can be made online or in cash where available.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made before [5 hours] of the appointment are free. Late cancellations may incur charges.
• Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy if the service is unsatisfactory or incomplete.

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancel your booking up to [5 hours] before the scheduled time — no charges!
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel within [5 hours] of the appointment, a small fee of [₹2%] may apply.
• Last-Minute / No-Show: If our professional arrives and service is declined, full charges may apply.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your service [once] free of charge up to [5 hours] before your booking time.

Refund Policy

• Service Not Delivered: Full refund or free reschedule if the professional doesn't show up.
• Unsatisfactory Service: Partial or full refund after investigation (photos or feedback may be requested).
• Refund Payment Processing: Payments will be processed within 24 hours.
• Online Payments: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within [5-7 working days].

Cash Payments: Refunds processed as wallet credits or bank transfer.

6. Safety & Conduct

• Our professionals are background-checked, but we advise customers to take standard safety precautions during home visits.
• Any abusive behaviour, harassment, or unlawful activity will result in immediate suspension of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for top-quality service but are not liable for:

• Any damages or losses arising from services provided by third-party professionals
• Delays or failures due to factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including logos, designs, and text — is owned by Go Xperts Online Services and cannot be copied or used without permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
