  • Unsatisfactory Service: Partial or full refund after investigation (photos or feedback may be requested).

  • Cash Payments: Refunds processed as wallet credits or bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services already completed and accepted
  • Cancellations after service professional arrival
